Unsubscribe requests are processed by email.

If you'd rather not receive further emails from Kuantura, here's how. Every request is actioned on receipt.

Quickest way

Email "stop" to support@kuantura.com

One word in the subject line is enough. Your address is removed from the list on receipt, and no further marketing email is sent to it.

What gets removed

Sending "stop" removes your address from the Kuantura mailing list — welcome emails and product updates. You won't get further marketing or product-update emails.

What doesn't get removed (by default)

Unsubscribing from the mailing list is separate from deleting your account. If you keep a Kuantura account, you may still receive transactional emails the service has to send to function — for example, password reset confirmations, or notices required for legal compliance. These are not marketing.

If you want to delete your account entirely

Log in at kuantura.com → Profile menu → Settings → scroll down to Delete account. This removes your portfolio data from the live database. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture on data retention.

If you keep getting emails after unsubscribing

Forward the email to support@kuantura.com and the address will be removed. Your right to opt out is unconditional under GDPR (Art. 21).
